To provide a configuration that can improve bearing accuracy of a plurality of gears for supporting shafts.SOLUTION: An inner case 50 has a first bearing part 51 for supporting a right shaft section 32 of a worm gear 30 connected to a rotary shaft of a motor as a driving source and a second bearing part 52 for supporting a left shaft section 33 thereof, and has a third bearing part 53 for supporting a front shaft section 42 of a helical gear 40 connected to a screw 13 and a fourth bearing part 54 for supporting a rear shaft section 43 thereof, and further, has connection parts 55 to which respective bearing parts 51 to 54 are integrally connected. An outer case 60 is assembled from an outer side to the inner case 50 in the state the right shaft section 32 and the left shaft section 33 of the worm gear 30 are supported by the first bearing part 51 and the second bearing part 52 respectively and the front shaft section 42 and the rear shaft section 43 of the helical gear 40 are supported by the third bearing part 53 and the fourth bearing part 54 respectively so as to suppress positional deviation between the first bearing part 51 and the second bearing part 52 and positional deviation between the third bearing part 53 and the fourth bearing part 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
