To provide an environmentally friendly buoyancy float which is used in a sea culturing field, improves the rigidity and is high in safety, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An environmentally friendly buoyancy float comprises: a liner tank which has a hollow space in a constant thickness such that a fastening screw shaft having a through hole formed therein is formed and a coupling screw shaft having a coupling groove formed therein is formed on the lower side of the fastening screw shaft; a molded object formed by winding a joint recess layer having a joint recess formed at a constant interval after winding a first layer and a second layer around an outer periphery of the liner tank; and an object formed by coupling a waterproof adapter and a fixation binding ring to the fastening screw shaft and coupling a stationary adapter with a binding ring to the coupling screw shaft. The first layer is wound in a circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the liner tank and covers the outer periphery by being wound in the circumferential direction such that 10 glass fiber strands have band widths of 20-25 mm while rotating the liner tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
