To achieve an electronic device which comprises a circuit board and a metal component electrically connected to each other via an elastic conductor and in which flexibility of arrangement of electronic components on the circuit board is higher than a conventional one without providing a pedestal for the circuit board, and to achieve a brake fluid pressure control actuator using the electronic device.SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided that comprises: a metal component 100; a circuit board 200 on which an electronic component is mounted; a case 300 housing the circuit board 200 and including a support pin 310; and an elastic conductor 400 electrically connecting the metal component 100 and support pin 310 to each other. The elastic conductor 400 comes in press-contact with each of the metal component 100 and the support pin 310, and the support pin 310 is inserted into a through-hole in the circuit board 200, so that the need for a pedestal is eliminated. The brake fluid pressure control actuator to which this electronic device is applied is also provided. Thus, the brake fluid pressure control actuator is provided that eliminates the need for the pedestal and comprises a control board 4 having high flexibility of arrangement of the electronic component and of a control circuit thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
