A shape sensor (10) that bends along the bent shape of the skeleton of a person who is seated in a seat and that is for detecting said bent shape is provided within a seat back (S1) of the skeletal shape measurement device that measures the skeletal shape of the person who is seated in a vehicle seat (S). The shape sensor (10) detects the bent shape of a site on the spine of the seated person that is bent to the highest degree when the seated person is seated in the vehicle seat. In addition, prior to the stage at which the seated person sits in the vehicle seat (S), a through hole (23) is formed in a part of a cushion pad (21) that is adjacent to at least the site that is bent to the highest degree, and the through hole (23) forms a space between the shape sensor (10) and the cushion pad (21) in the front-back direction of the vehicle seat (S).
