To provide a new type of personal mobility.SOLUTION: A rear wheel support arm 61 of an electric kick scooter 1 is configured to pivot on a fulcrum, which is an attachment 61c to a vehicle body 10, such that a rear wheel 51 is displaced in a separation direction away from the road surface and in a grounding direction toward the road surface. A shock absorber 62 is connected between a pressing device 63 and the rear wheel support arm 61, and is displaceable in conjunction with the rear wheel support arm 61. The pressing device 63 is fixed to the rear portion of the vehicle body 10, and presses the shock absorber 62 displaced by the pivoting of the rear wheel support arm 61 back toward its pre-displacement position thereby pushing the rear wheel support arm 61 back in the grounding direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
