To provide an information processor capable of estimating the degree of difficulty of vehicle travel for each road segment.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: information acquisition means for acquiring traffic volume forecast information indicating the traffic volume forecasted for a period of time determined based on a future first period of time of a road segment for which the degree of travel difficulty is to be estimated, and snow depth forecast information which is information for predicting the snow depth in an area including the road segment in the first period of time; and estimation means for estimating the degree of travel difficulty for a vehicle to travel along the road segment during the first period of time based on the traffic volume forecast information and the snow depth forecast information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
