To solve a problem in which, in a situation where there are numerous dredging depressions for collecting sea sand along the coasts of Japan, and, because these depressions are causing deterioration of marine environment, countermeasures such as backfilling are carried out, and it is necessary to take measures to prevent pollution spread when carrying out construction work at sea, to increase prevention of generation and spread of pollutants in order to further promote a project, and to speed up backfilling work, etc., for reducing project costs.SOLUTION: Seabed backfilling in a countermeasure not using a tremie pipe is carried out using a method in which a soil transport barge loaded with sediment submerges, turns over at a specified seabed surface to unload the sediment, and then the empty soil transport barge automatically floats to a water surface. This speeds up the work. In addition, pollution spread prevention measures of the method includes covering a surface of the loaded sediment with a pollution prevention sheet until just before it is unloaded, and then immediately after reversing for unloading sediment, the soil transport barge and the pollution prevention sheet surround the seabed, to perform prevention of generation and spread of pollution caused by unloading sediment, in two stages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】我が国の沿岸域には海砂採取の浚渫窪地が無数に存在する。これらの窪地が海域環境の悪化を招くことから、埋め戻し等の対策事業が進められている。海の工事は汚濁拡散防止対策を行う必要がある。さらに事業を促進するためには、汚濁物質の発生及び汚濁拡散の抑制を高めること。事業費縮減となる埋め戻し作業等の迅速化が求められる。【解決手段】対策工事の海底埋め戻しはトレミー管を使わず、土砂を積載した土運船が潜水して所定の海底面で反転して土砂降ろしを行い、空となった土運船は水面まで自動的に浮上する工法で行う。これにより作業の迅速化を進める。また、当該工法の汚濁拡散防止対策は土砂降ろし直前まで積載土砂の表面を汚濁防止シートで覆い、土砂降ろしの反転直後は土運船と汚濁防止シートが海底面を囲い込むことで土砂降ろしの汚濁発生及び拡散の抑制を2段階で行うものである。【選択図】図10
