To provide a charge/discharge control method, a charge/discharge control device, and a charge/discharge control circuit which can make an open winding type rotary electric machine and first and second inverters driving the same function as a boost converter or a step-down converter by an additional relay whose request size (request for current performance) is smaller than the prior art.SOLUTION: When input/output voltage of external equipment 15 is equal to nominal voltage of a battery 10, the external equipment 15 is directly connected to the battery 10. On the other hand, when the input/output voltage is different from the nominal voltage, the external equipment 15 is connected to the battery 10 through a boost converter or a step-down converter configured by using a stator coil, a first inverter 23, or a second converter 24 by connecting one end of the external equipment 15 to a connection part of an upper arm (UU2, VU2, WU2) and a lower arm (UL2, VL2, WL2) of the second inverter 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
