To suitably detect a cushioning material at a position where loads are stacked one on top of another.SOLUTION: A cushioning material detection device comprises an identification unit 24 and a determination unit 25. The identification unit 24 identifies a measurement region Pm at which a plurality of rays of reflected light of a plurality of lasers La with which the measurement region Pm of a coil C is irradiated from mutually different irradiation directions and respectively having been reflected in each irradiation direction are received at prescribed signal strength. The prescribed signal strength corresponds to the signal reflection rate of a retroreflection material in a marker part 150 on the surface of a cushioning material 140 which is located on the coil C on a floor surface 100. The determination unit 25 determines the cushioning material 140 present at a position on the floor surface 100 where the coil C should be disposed, on the basis of the measurement region Pm identified by the identification unit 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】荷を積み重ねる位置の緩衝材を好適に検出する。【解決手段】緩衝材検出装置は、特定部24と判別部25とを備える。特定部24は、コイルCの計測部位Pmに互いに異なる照射方向から照射した複数のレーザLaの、各照射方向にそれぞれ反射した複数の反射光が、所定の信号強度で受信される計測部位Pmを特定する。所定の信号強度は、床面100上のコイルCの上に配置される緩衝材140の表面のマーカ部150における再帰反射材の信号反射率に対応する。判別部25は、特定部24が特定した計測部位Pmに基づいて、床面100上のコイルCの配置すべき位置に存在する緩衝材140を判別する。【選択図】図1
