To provide a vehicular floor silencer light in weight, high in acoustic insulation, and high in comfort (hardness), and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a vehicular floor silencer 10 containing a polyurethane foam, the polyurethane foam is formed, in a mole, by a polyurethane foam raw material containing polyol, polyisocyanate, a catalyst, and a foaming agent. The polyol includes main polyol made of polyether polyol having molecular weight of 3000-12000 and an EO rate of 5-20% and sub polyol made of polyether polyol having molecular weight of 2000-7000 and an EO rate of 50-90%.
