To realize a biological information acquisition device and biological information acquisition method that can improve the acquisition accuracy of biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information acquisition device includes: non-contact type observation sensors (first observation sensor 2_1 and second observation sensor 2_2) that detect displacements of multiple portions of a biological information acquisition object; a reference sensor 3 that detects vibrations in the environment where at least the biological information acquisition object exists; and a signal processing unit 6 that generates a time-frequency mask from a reference signal acquired by the reference sensor 3 and generates a separation signal obtained by separating vibration components from observation signals acquired by the observation sensors (first observation sensor 2_1 and second observation sensor 2_2) on the basis of the time-frequency mask.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
