To provide a method capable of effectively constructing a floating type offshore wind power generation facility with the float draft of 20 m or less in a mooring state in an installing target sea area without maintaining a facility installation base of the floating type offshore wind power generation facility on a quay.SOLUTION: A construction method constructs a temporary on-water structure 10 in a sea area with a water depth of 8 m or more and 20 m or less, transports assembly components of a nacelle hub 5, a blade 6, and a tower 4 to form a wind power generation device 3 to the on-water structure 10, and temporarily puts the assembly components on the on-water structure 10. A float 2 is transported by sea to the vicinity of the on-water structure 10 and is landed on a sea bottom SB. The assembly components of the wind power generation device 3 are installed in sequence on the float 2 using a crane 23 of a self-elevating platform 20 stopped in the vicinity of the on-water structure 10, and an assembly 9 that the wind power generation device 3 is erected on the float 2 is manufactured. After that, the assembly 9 is transported by sea to an installation target sea area, and the assembly 9 is moored in the installation target sea area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】岸壁に浮体式洋上風力発電施設の搭載拠点を整備しなくとも、設置対象海域に係留した状態での浮体の喫水が20m以下の浮体式洋上風力発電施設を効率的に施工できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】水深が8m以上20m以下の海域に仮設の水上構造物10を構築し、風力発電装置3を形成するナセルハブ5、ブレード6およびタワー4の組立部品を水上構造物10まで輸送し、組立部品を水上構造物10上に仮置きする。浮体2を水上構造物10の近傍に海上輸送して海底SBに着底させた状態にする。水上構造物10の近傍に停船させた自己昇降式船20のクレーン23を使用して、浮体2に対して風力発電装置3の組立部品を順次設置して、浮体2上に風力発電装置3が立設された組立体9を製造する。その後、組立体9を設置対象海域まで海上輸送して、設置対象海域において組立体9を係留する。【選択図】図6
