To improve a technique for traffic light control at crosswalks.SOLUTION: A traffic light control device includes a communication unit and a control unit. The communication unit acquires detection results obtained by detecting moving bodies for a plurality of areas to be detected around crosswalks including the crosswalks. The control unit recognizes a combination of presence/absence of moving bodies for each area included in the plurality of areas based on the detection results acquired by the communication unit, and controls pedestrian traffic lights and vehicle traffic lights based on the combination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
