To suppress reduction of convenience for a user due to diagnosis of a backup power supply.SOLUTION: A power supply control device according to an embodiment comprises a controller that performs diagnosis of a deterioration level on a backup power supply that supplies electric power to a load of a vehicle when a main power supply supplying electric power to the load fails.
