To safely and stably construct a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility.SOLUTION: A construction method for a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility includes: a first step of installing a crane facility for construction 30 provided with a tower crane 32 and a floating body gripper mechanism 34 on the ocean; a second step of floating a concrete ring unit 11 with a plurality of tiers of concrete rings 15 assembled from a bottom most tier side and retaining the concrete ring unit 11 by a floating body gripper mechanism 34; a third step of completing a concrete floating body unit 4A by a procedure for integration by stacking up the concrete rings 15 on top of the concrete ring unit 11 in order by using the tower crane 32 as well as integrating by binding with PC steel 19; a fourth step of completing the floating body 4 by coupling a steel floating unit 4B to topside of the concrete floating unit 4A; and a fifth step of loading a tower 6 on top of the floating body 4 and furthermore completing a spar type offshore wind power generation facility 1 by further attaching a nacelle 8 and a blade 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】安全かつ安定的にスパー型洋上風力発電設備の建造を行う。【解決手段】タワークレーン32と浮体グリッパー機構34とを設けた建造用クレーン設備30を洋上に設置する第1ステップと、最下段側から複数段のコンクリートリング15を組み立てたコンクリートリングユニット11を海上に浮かべ、前記浮体グリッパー機構34によって保持させる第2ステップと、前記コンクリートリングユニット11の上側に、前記タワークレーン32を用いて、順にコンクリートリング15を積み上げるとともに、PC鋼材19で緊結して一体化を図る手順によりコンクリート製浮体部4Aを完成させる第3ステップと、鋼製浮体部4Bを前記コンクリート製浮体部4Aの上部側に連結して浮体4を完成させる第4ステップと、前記浮体4の上部にタワー6を搭載し、更にナセル8とブレード9の取付けを行いスパー型洋上風力発電設備1を完成させる第5ステップとからなる。【選択図】図11
