To improve accuracy of state estimation of a substance by forming an AI model obtained by reducing an influence of the individual difference and the environmental difference of the time series length of appearance information relating to a movement of the substance.SOLUTION: An emotion estimation device is configured to input, to an AI model for estimating an emotion of a subject based on an input of time series appearance information relating to the movement of the subject, the time series appearance information of an estimation target subject and estimate the emotion of the estimation target subject. The emotion estimation device acquires the time series appearance information relating to the movement of the estimation target subject and makes the time series length of the time series appearance information to be input to the AI model be a characteristic time series length individually set to the estimation target subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
