The system includes: an acquisition section that acquires, for each vehicle, the entry time to an area of the toll road, the maximum loading amount, fuel type, and the exit time from the area; a calculation section that calculates, with respect to the plurality of vehicles located in the area, a carbon dioxide emission amount for each vehicle on the basis of a value corresponding to fuel consumption based on the maximum loading amount and the fuel type for each vehicle, a value corresponding to a moving distance in unit time, and a value corresponding to an emission coefficient of carbon dioxide based on the fuel type; and an addition section that calculates, with respect to the plurality of vehicles located in the area, the total emission amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the plurality of vehicles traveling the toll road in the area in the unit time by adding up the carbon dioxide emission amount for each vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
