To provide a uniformity estimation method and a uniformity testing device capable of highly accurately estimating uniformity at a first revolution speed greater than a second revolution speed based on a measurement result of the uniformity at the second revolution speed.SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit of a uniformity testing device includes: Fourier transforming medium-speed time-domain waveform data acquired by a measurement part into a medium-speed frequency-domain waveform data and decomposing it into first to seventh order components (S3: an analysis step); correcting amplitudes of the decomposed first to seventh order components by using correction amplification ratios individually determined for the respective first to seventh order components (S4: a correction step); and synthesizing the corrected first to seventh order components to create high-speed frequency-domain waveform data, inverse Fourier transforming the created high-speed frequency-domain waveform data, and calculating a high-speed time-domain waveform data (S5: a component synthesis step, S6: inverse Fourier transformation, S7: high-speed time-domain waveform data calculation step).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】第2回転数におけるユニフォミティの測定結果に基づいて、第2回転数よりも大きい第1回転数におけるユニフォミティを高精度に推定できるユニフォミティ推定方法およびユニフォミティ試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】ユニフォミティ試験装置の演算装置は、測定部が取得した中速時間領域波形データを、中速周波数領域波形データにフーリエ変換し、それを1次成分~7次成分に分解する(S3:解析工程)。演算装置は、分解後の1次成分~7次成分の振幅を、1次成分~7次成分のそれぞれについて個別に定められた補正用振幅比を用いて補正する(S4:補正工程)。演算装置は、補正後の1次成分~7次成分を合成して高速周波数領域波形データを作成し、作成した高速周波数領域波形データを逆フーリエ変換して、高速時間領域波形データを算出する(S5:成分合成工程、S6:逆フーリエ変換、S7:高速時間領域波形データ算出工程)。【選択図】図10
