To provide a charge control device capable of controlling to prevent a charging device from being overloaded.SOLUTION: A charge control device for a charging device controls charging to each of a plurality of electrically chargeable vehicles connected to the charging device, the charging device being a device which electrically charges each vehicle in an apartment house and in which maximum usage power to simultaneously charge the plurality of vehicles is set. In the case where, when there is a new charging request while at least one vehicle among the plurality of vehicles is being charged with first charging power, charging, in addition to the vehicle during charging, a vehicle that requests a new charge with the first charging power results in that the total power usage exceeds the maximum usage power, the vehicle that requests the new charge and the vehicle being charged with the first charging power are charged with second charging power that is less than the first charging power while the total power usage is less than the maximum usage power ("Yes" in steps S1752-S1755).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22

    【課題】充電装置がオーバーロードとならないように制御できる充電制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】充電制御装置は、集合住宅で電気充電可能な複数の車両のそれぞれに電気充電する装置であって複数の車両に対して同時に充電する最大使用電力が設定されている充電装置に対し、当該充電装置に接続された車両への充電を制御する充電制御装置において、複数の車両の少なくとも1台の車両に第1充電電力で充電中に新たな充電依頼があった際に、充電中の車両に加えて新たな充電依頼した車両に第1充電電力で充電すると合計の使用電力が最大使用電力を超える場合に、新たな充電依頼の車両と第1充電電力で充電中の車両とに対して、合計の使用電力が最大使用電力未満であって第1充電電力よりも低い第2充電電力で充電する(ステップS1752~S1755の「Yes」)。【選択図】図22
