To provide an electric vehicle remote wireless charging system using OOFDMA and Risley prisms, which reduces time to find exact locations of a PRX and a photovoltaic cell panel.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle remote wireless charging system using OOFDMA and Risley prisms is provided. The system includes: a receiver that transmits its location and size information on a photovoltaic cell panel as a power request signal through V2I; and a transmitter that controls power transmission based on the received information on the power request signal, controls a distance between the prisms according to the location of the receiver and the size of the photovoltaic cell panel, transmits transmission power information (powerinfo) for all laser signals to be received by the photovoltaic cell panel, and rotates the Risley prisms by a predetermined angle, wherein the transmitter, after generating the transmission power information for each wavelength by OOFDM, transmits the signals to areas where the power transmission is available when rotation by the predetermined angle is performed using the prisms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
