To provide a heat management system that suppresses a sudden change in refrigerant overheating level at the time of opening/closing of a solenoid valve by controlling an opening of the solenoid valve and achieves both of efficient cooling and stable temperature control of a target object.SOLUTION: A heat management system includes: a compressor 1 for compressing a refrigerant; first heat exchangers 2, 3 for making the compressed refrigerant radiate heat; a first solenoid valve 4C and second solenoid valves 4A, 4B for expanding the refrigerant having radiated the heat; a second heat exchanger 5 for making the refrigerant expanded via the first solenoid valve 4C absorb heat; target objects 9, 10 being cooled by the refrigerant expanded via the second solenoid valves 4A, 4B; and a solenoid valve control device 15 for controlling the opening/closing of the first solenoid valve 4C and the second solenoid valves 4A, 4B. The solenoid valve control device 15 changes the openings of the second solenoid valves 4A, 4B according to a prescribed time constant Tc when opening or closing the second solenoid valves 4A, 4B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
