The charging control unit includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring charge rate information indicating a charge rate of an onboard storage battery of a vehicle that is connected to the charger; a determination unit for determining, on the basis of the charge rate information of the vehicle acquired by the acquisition unit, whether or not the charge rate of the onboard storage battery of the vehicle is less than a preset charge rate threshold; a selection unit for selecting a first vehicle in which the charge rate of the onboard storage battery is closest to the charge rate threshold from vehicles in which the determination unit determines that the charge rate of the onboard storage battery of the vehicle is less than the charge rate threshold among the vehicles connected to the plurality of chargers; and a charge processing unit for executing charging of the first vehicle selected by the selection unit preferentially over other vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
