To provide a maintenance device which enables highly accurate maintenance inspection of an elevator at low costs with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a maintenance device which acquires image data of a hoistway which is imaged by an imaging device during maintenance inspection of an elevator. The maintenance device includes an image processing unit which extracts analysis image data to be analyzed in the maintenance inspection from the image data of the hoistway. The image processing unit acquires drive information regarding a travel state of a car of the elevator during the maintenance inspection and extracts the analysis image data from the image data of the hoistway based on the drive information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
