To provide a station building power supply device which can surely receive regenerative electric power generated by regenerative operation of a train connected with an overhead wiring.SOLUTION: A station building power supply device 10 comprises: an overhead wire voltage detection unit 14 which detects a trolley voltage being the voltage of an overhead wiring 2; an output information acquisition unit 16 which acquires output information including information on voltage and current outputted from a transformer station 4 to the overhead wiring 2; a threshold value calculation part 19 which calculates an operation threshold value that is a threshold value indicating whether a train 1 connected with the overhead wiring 2 performs regenerative operation, based on information on the transformer station property that is a relation between voltage and current outputted from the transformer station 4 to the overhead wiring 2 and the acquired output information; and a regenerative operation determination unit 20 which determines whether the train 1 performs the regenerative operation or not, based on the trolley voltage and the operation threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
