To carry out vessel position retaining navigation with excellent fixed point retaining property by adjusting propeller propulsion to an appropriate value when carrying out vessel position retaining navigation at low speed.SOLUTION: A vessel position retaining control unit 661 is configured to: cause a propulsion propeller 101 to rotate at constant speed in a proceeding direction in low speed range; set to be a neutral angle a blade angle of the propulsion propeller 101 with steering angles of two pieces of high lift rudders 102, 103 serving as hover angles not generating propulsion speed components; calculate an adjustment rudder angle to be imparted to the two pieces of high lift rudders 102, 103 according to position deviation in present vessel position with respect to a target vessel position; calculate rudder angle deviation of the adjustment rudder angle with respect to a hover rudder angle; and calculate an adjustment blade angle having blade angle deviation with respect to the neutral angle necessary to obtain propeller propulsion in ratio to the magnitude of the rudder angle deviation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】低速域で船位保持操船を行う際にプロペラ推力を適切な値に調整して定点保持性能の高い船位保持操船を行うことを目的とする。【解決手段】船位保持コントロール部661は、推進プロペラ101が低速域で前進方向に定速回転し、2枚の高揚力舵102、103の舵角が前進速度成分を生じないホバー舵角であるときの推進プロペラ101の翼角を中立角とし、目標船位に対する現在船位の位置偏差に応じて2枚の高揚力舵102、103に与える調整舵角を算出し、ホバー舵角に対する調整舵角の舵角偏差を算出し、舵角偏差の大きさに比例したプロペラ推力を得るために必要な中立角に対する翼角偏差を有する調整翼角を算出する。【選択図】図7
