When a usage reservation for the charger is requested, if it is predicted that the vehicle cannot arrive a place where the charger is installed by the start time of a request time frame that is a time frame for which a usage reservation for the charger is requested, a notification to ask whether or not to perform charging in the request time frame is sent to a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
