A compressed air is supplied to a mechanical valve for operating a gripping part (to a gripping mechanical valve and a release mechanical valve) only while the distance in the vertical direction between the operation part 3 and the gripping part 4 is small (for example, while a hinge pin to vertically connect the operation part and the gripping part is pushed in). On the other hand, the compressed air is cut off at other times.
