To estimate an appropriate rest point.SOLUTION: An information processing device concerning the present application comprises: a generation unit; and an estimation unit. The generation unit generates stay point information showing a stay point of a vehicle, stay time information showing stay time at the stay point, and travel direction change information showing change of travel directions of the vehicle among three stay points consecutive on a travel route of the vehicle on the basis of travel history of the vehicle. The estimation unit estimates a rest point at which a driver of the vehicle takes a rest on the basis of the stay point information, the stay time information, and the travel direction change information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
