To support flight operation of an air mobility by reducing a situation in which a flight plan cannot be smoothly registered due to a defect in the flight plan and it takes time.SOLUTION: A flight operation support device includes a reception unit, a determination unit, and an output unit. The reception unit receives information on a flight plan of an air mobility. The determination unit determines whether or not the received flight plan is appropriate by using determination criteria given in advance.
