To provide a headrest stay which inhibits increase of the number of components and has an end where an edge is not exposed.SOLUTION: A headrest stay 10 includes a cylindrical body part 11 and an end 12 molded in a curled form. A tip 12a of the end 12 is located at the inner side relative to an apical end 10c of the headrest stay 10 in an axial direction AX of the headrest stay 10. The end 12 has a recessed part 13 recessed inward in the axial direction AX of the headrest stay 10. A through hole 14 is formed at a bottom part of the recessed part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
