To provide a technique of predicting the comfort level of riding a vehicle with tires put on.SOLUTION: A device for predicting the comfort level of riding a vehicle includes a derivation unit. The derivation unit inputs rigidity data of a target tire into a machine learning model having learned to output prediction data for predicting the comfort level of riding the vehicle with tires put on when rigidity data related to at least one of the rigidity of the tread part of the tires and the rigidity of side parts is input, and causes the prediction data of the vehicle with the target tire put on to be output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
