To give a warning when an abnormal state occurs in a system determining pick-up or drop-off of a pick-up/drop-off object person.SOLUTION: A pick-up/drop-off management system 100 has: an identification tag 40; a storage unit 33; a communication terminal (for example, a second communication terminal 30); a warning unit 50; and a drop-off determination unit (for example, a control unit 32). The identification tag 40 is carried by a pick-up/drop-off object person, and in the identification tag, identification information set for each pick-up/drop-off object person, or specific information associated with the identification information is stored. The storage unit 33 is configured to store the identification information on the pick-up/drop-off object person. The communication terminal has a reading unit 36 that reads the identification information or the specific information stored in the identification tag 40 by NFC communication, and can communicate with the storage unit 33. The drop-off determination unit is configured to determine that the pick-up/drop-off object person serving as an object of the identification information to be stored in the storage unit 33 is drop off based on the identification information or the specific information read by the reading unit 36. In the pick-up/drop-off management system 100, the warning unit 50 is configured to give a warning when a prescribed condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
