To provide a wheel drive unit which can maintain a noise suppression effect by a washer installed between a caulking part and an outer ring for a constant velocity joint.SOLUTION: A washer 5 is formed in an annular shape as a whole, is sandwiched between an axial inner side surface 16a of a caulking part 16 and an axial outer side surface 18a of an outer ring 18 for a constant velocity joint, and is arranged adjacent to an axial inner side of the caulking part 16. The washer includes: a first annular planet 22 extending in a radial direction; a second annular plate 23 arranged adjacent to an axial outer side of the outer ring 18 for the constant velocity joint and extending in a radial direction; and a rubber member 24 sandwiched between the first annular plate 22 and the second annular plate 23 in an axial direction and elastically twisted to deform along with a relative rotation of the first annular plate 22 and the second annular plate 23.
