To provide a sheave heating system and sheave heating method which attempt to prevent unevenness of displacement due to thermal change when a shaft is horizontally inserted into the sheave in a building to perform shrinkage fitting.SOLUTION: A sheave 2 and a hot air generating device 3 are provided, and both end opening parts of the sheave 2 are blocked by a cover 11. By discharging hot air from the hot air generating device 3 to the sheave 2, the hot air is supplied to the inside of the sheave 2, and meanwhile, the supplied hot air is sucked into the hot air generating device 3. The hot air is circulated between the hot air generating device 3 and the sheave 2 by the discharge and suction, and the sheave 2 is heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建屋内でシーブにシャフトを水平方向から挿入して焼嵌めする際に熱変化による変位量の不均一化の抑制を図る。【解決手段】シーブ2と熱風発生装置3とを備え、シーブ2の両端開口部はカバー11により閉塞されている。この熱風発生装置3からシーブ2に熱風を排出することでシーブ2内に熱風が供給される一方、供給された熱風は熱風発生装置3に吸入される。この排出と吸入とにより熱風発生装置3とシーブ2との間を熱風が循環し、シーブ2が加熱される。【選択図】図1
