To solve the problem of an aircraft and a helicopter, though a propeller and a rotary wing require large energy for imparting kinetic energy to air though making lift force and attraction, the kinetic energy imparted the air uselessly dissipates without being regenerated.SOLUTION: Propulsion power turning upward from below of a movable plate is generated by a pressure difference generated between upper-lower parts of the movable plate when the movable plate vertically moves in a short time while having a casing of storing the movable plate for dividing two spaces. At this time, mechanical energy and pressure energy possessed by air of a vertical surface of the movable plate are collected as regenerative electric power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】飛行機やヘリコプターにおいて、プロペラや回転翼は揚力や引力を作るが空気に運動エネルギーを与えるために大きなエネルギーを必要とされるが、空気に与えられた運動エネルギーは回生されることなく無駄に散逸する。【解決手段】2つの空間を区分する移動板を収納した筐体を有し、前記移動板が短い時間で上下動することにより、前記移動板の上下間に生じた圧力差により前記移動板の下方から上方に向かう推進力が生じさせる。このとき前記移動板の上下面の空気の有する機械的エネルギーや圧力エネルギーを回生電力として回収する。【選択図】 図1
