To monitor passengers while further accurately grasping a fall-over risk.SOLUTION: A passenger monitoring system 10 comprises a detection unit 25 and a control unit 32. The detection unit 25 detects a state inside of a cabin in a vehicle 11. A risk calculation section 33 in the control unit 32 calculates a fall-over risk which is an intensity of a risk in a case where a passenger in the cabin falls over on the basis of cabin inside information including at least information obtained by the detection unit 25. A passenger to be a target of falling-over is defined as a fall-over target passenger and at least one of other passengers and a vehicle structure positioned around the fall-over target passenger in the cabin is defined as a risk target object. The risk calculation section 33 calculates the fall-over risk on the basis of information, which is information included in the cabin inside information, relating to a relative positional relation between the fall-over target passenger and the risk target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】転倒リスクをより的確に把握したうえで乗員を見守る。【解決手段】乗員見守りシステム10は、検出部25及び制御部32を備える。検出部25は、車両11における車室内の状態を検出する。制御部32におけるリスク算出部33は、検出部25により得られた情報を少なくとも含む車室内情報に基づいて、車室内の乗員が転倒する場合のリスクの強度である転倒リスクを算出する。転倒の対象となる乗員を転倒対象乗員とし、車室内において転倒対象乗員の周囲に位置する他の乗員及び車両構造物の少なくとも一方をリスク対象物とする。リスク算出部33は、車室内情報に含まれる情報であり、かつ転倒対象乗員とリスク対象物との相対的な位置関係に関する情報に基づいて転倒リスクを算出する。【選択図】図3
