To provide a failure recovery support system capable of efficiently handling failure recovery without omission even when a plurality of survey objects are present.SOLUTION: A failure recovery support system 1 for investigating a cause of failure of a facility includes: a failed component estimation unit 30 which estimates a failed component that can be a cause of failure on the basis of failure information of the facility; and a starting point setting unit 60 which sets an investigation staring point of a handling flow on the basis of a previously registered handling flow associated with the failure information and the failed component estimated by the failed component estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
