To improve durability.SOLUTION: A rotation control mechanism 45 includes: a cam member 55 and a pusher 67 provided on a spoke part 30 having a second axis L2; and a spring 85 which biases the pusher 67 to the cam member 55 side. The cam member 55 has a cam surface 59, and the pusher 67 includes a contact part 71 having a contact surface 72. The cam member 55 is attached to a holding part 40, which is configured to be rotatable relative to the spoke part 30, so as to be rotatable integrally therewith. The pusher 67 is attached to the spoke part 30 so as to be slidable in a direction along the second axis L2 while rotation around the second axis L2 is restricted. The cam surface 59 has a pair of flat inclined cam surfaces which incline in opposite directions in a circumferential direction relative to a virtual surface P1 orthogonal to the second axis L2. The contact surface 72 has a pair of flat inclined contact surfaces which extend in a radial direction and make surface contact with the inclined cam surfaces when a vehicle travels in a straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
