To provide an on-vehicle device, a server and a system that reduce a load on a server and can realize that an application which provides each service functions efficiently in a cooperation system between an on-vehicle device and a server.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device is an on-vehicle device that communicates with a server and includes: a function control unit that realizes a function of a vehicle in which the on-vehicle device is installed; an on-vehicle communication unit that receives a reply request attached with a predetermined necessary condition from the server; and an on-vehicle intermediary unit that determines whether the necessary condition attached to the reply request received by the on-vehicle communication unit is satisfied; wherein: the necessary condition is a condition for selecting data to be processed as a processing object in order to realize the service provided by the server; the on-vehicle intermediary unit determines whether or not at least one of a sensor mounted on the vehicle in which the on-vehicle device is mounted, a communication state of the on-vehicle communication unit, and a state of the function control unit satisfies the necessary condition; and the on-vehicle communication unit transmits a result of the determination made by the on-vehicle intermediary unit to the server as reply data in response to the reply request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】車載装置とサーバとの連携システムにおいて、サーバの負荷を低減し、各サービスを提供するアプリケーションが効率的に機能することを可能にする車載装置、サーバ及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】車載装置は、サーバと通信する車載装置であって、当該車載装置が搭載された車両の機能を実現する機能制御部と、サーバから所定の要件が付された返信要求を受信する車載通信部と、車載通信部により受信された返信要求に付された要件が満たされるか否かを判定する車載仲介部とを含み、要件は、サーバにより提供されるサービスを実現するために処理対象とする被処理データを選別するための条件であり、車載仲介部は、車載装置が搭載された車両に搭載されたセンサ、車載通信部の通信状態、及び、機能制御部の状態の少なくともいずれか1つが要件を満たすか否かを判定し、車載通信部は、車載仲介部による判定の結果を、返信要求に対する返信データとしてサーバに送信する。【選択図】図8
