A power supply amount calculation unit 151 calculates the power supply amount that can be supplied from a vehicle power source 50 to the portable power source 40 without interfering with the vehicle's travel to the destination. When determining that charging of the battery 44 is necessary on the basis of the charging state of the battery 44, a charging command unit 152 commands the charging control unit 42 to supply power from the vehicle power source 50 to the battery 44 with an amount of power with the power supply amount or less to charge the battery 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
