To provide technology which allows a user of a vehicle to know whether a charging rate of a battery allows quick charging of the battery to be performed at a low load.SOLUTION: A quick charge system includes: one or a plurality of processors; and one or a plurality of storage devices for storing information indicating a prescribed charging rate range of the battery, in which quick charging of the battery can be performed at a low load. The one or a plurality of processors determine whether the battery can be quickly charged, and informs a user of a vehicle that quick charging of the battery can be preformed at the low load when the battery can quickly be charged and the charging rate of the battery is within the prescribed charging rate range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
