A gas introduction channel 23 is provided to introduce carbon dioxide recovered by the carbon dioxide separation and recovery system 10 into the storage tank 8. The gas introduction channel 23 is provided with a bubble outlet 23a to inject carbon dioxide into the ballast water in the storage tank 8. A micro bubble generating medium 24 is provided at the micro bubble outlet 23a to discharge carbon dioxide as micro bubbles into the ballast water.
