To provide an elevator device and an elevator system capable of improving an air environment for people in a cage without providing a vent hole in the cage.SOLUTION: This elevator device comprises: a cage 10 lifted in a hoistway 2; an impeller 12 installed on the outdoor side of the cage 10 and rotated by receiving traveling wind generated during lifting of the cage; a blower 16 that is installed on the indoor side of the cage 2 and that circulates air in the cage 2; and a connection 15 that connects a first rotary shaft 13 of the impeller 12 and a second rotary shaft 17 of the blower 16 and transmits power of the impeller 12 to the blower 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
