To avoid deterioration of vehicle mountability and increase of the number of components when a gas-liquid separator, having a function for separating an oil in a discharged refrigerant discharged from a compressor of a refrigerant cycle and a function for separating a gas-liquid mixture refrigerant that has passed through a heat exchanger having a heat radiation function into a gas phase refrigerant and a liquid phase refrigerant, is formed.SOLUTION: The interior of a housing 101 is divided into upper and lower spaces by a partition wall 102. An oil separation part 20 is formed above the partition wall 102, and a gas-liquid separation part 30 is formed below the partition wall 102. The oil separation part 20 is formed having an oil separation chamber 21 and a lead-out cylinder 22 for leading out a gas phase refrigerant, from which oil is separated in the oil separation chamber 21, from the oil separation chamber 21. The gas-liquid separation part 30 is formed having a gas-liquid separation chamber 31, a gas-liquid mixture refrigerant introduction passage 32, and a liquid phase refrigerant lead-out passage 33. The oil separated from the oil separation part 20 is discharged from the oil separation chamber 21 through an oil discharge part 40 to the gas-liquid separation part 30 of the refrigerant cycle 1, 1B or a portion located at the downstream side of the gas-liquid separation part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
