To provide an operation lever that can easily manage sizes so as not to cause rattling between a metal lever and a resin lever, and a vehicle seat.SOLUTION: A metal lever 38 is constituted including a projection part 54A and a projection part 56A, and a resin lever 36 is constituted including an upper wall face 70, a lower wall face 72, a hole part 78, and a hole part 82. With the metal lever 38 inserted into the resin lever 36, the projection parts 54A and 56A of the metal lever 38 abut on the upper wall face 70 and lower wall face 72 respectively. The hole parts 78 and hole part 82 are formed connecting with the upper wall face 70 and lower wall face 72, and the positions of the upper wall face 70 and lower wall face 72 are known through the hole part 78 and hole part 82 respectively. Consequently, the separation distance between the upper wall face 70 and lower wall face 72 of the resin lever 36 and the separation distance between the projection part 54A and projection part 56A of the metal lever 38 are measured in advance allowing for easily managing of the sizes so as not to cause rattling between the metal lever 38 and resin lever 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】金属レバーと樹脂レバーとの間でガタ付きが生じないように寸法を簡単に管理することが可能な操作レバー及び車両用シートを得る。【解決手段】金属レバー38は、凸部54A及び凸部56Aを含んで構成され、樹脂レバー36は、上壁面70、下壁面72、孔部78及び孔部82を含んで構成される。金属レバー38が樹脂レバー36に挿入された状態で、上壁面70、下壁面72には金属レバー38の凸部54A、56Aがそれぞれ当接する。孔部78、孔部82はそれぞれ上壁面70、下壁面72と繋がって形成され、孔部78、孔部82を通じて上壁面70、下壁面72の位置がそれぞれ分かる。このため、予め、樹脂レバー36の上壁面70と下壁面72の離間距離、及び金属レバー38の凸部54Aと凸部56Aの離間距離を測定することによって金属レバー38と樹脂レバー36との間でガタ付きが生じないように寸法を簡単に管理することが可能となる。【選択図】図3
