To provide a floor panel structure that can provide reduced road noise and improved riding comfort in a compatible manner and can reduce time and effort required for material development.SOLUTION: A floor panel structure includes: an upper surface part; a lower surface part located below the upper surface part; and an intermediate layer part located between the upper surface part and the lower surface part. The intermediate layer part is configured, by vertically stacking a plurality of layers including damping layers each having a viscoelasticity and packed layers each having a loss coefficient smaller than that of the damping layer. The loss coefficient of the packed layer is set to be 10% or more and below 100% of the loss coefficient of the damping layer. A proportion of volume of the packed layers account for in the intermediate layer part is set to be larger than the proportion of volume of the damping layers account for in the intermediate layer part, and the damping layers are disposed both in a top layer and a bottom layer of the intermediate layer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
