To provide a coil unit which suppresses deformation of a magnetic substance member caused by heating of a coil, a power transmitting device, a power receiving device, a power transmission system and a mobile.SOLUTION: A coil unit 5 used in a power transmitting device and a power receiving device of a wireless power transmission system comprises a coil 10, a first magnetic substance member 20 and a heat conduction layer 50. The coil 10 is formed spiral around any center axis C. The first magnetic substance member 20 includes a first face 20a opposed to the coil 10 and a second face 20b at an opposite side of the first face 20a. The heat conduction layer 50 is disposed while being opposed to the first face 20a or the second face 20b and spread from an innermost peripheral part of the coil 10 to an outermost peripheral part in a view in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
