To provide a charge control device of a hybrid vehicle that can shorten a time during which an engine is operated only for actuating a cooling device, and can improve fuel consumption.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle includes: a motor for power generation which generates power by power of an engine; a motor for driving which drives a driving wheel by power generated by the motor for power generation or power stored in a battery; and a cooling device for cooling a cabin using power stored in a battery. An ECU sets a target charge state to be higher as an outside air temperature is higher. When a predetermined condition including that the vehicle is in running and the cooling device is in operation is established, the ECU sets the target charge state to be higher as the outside air temperature is higher. When the predetermined condition is not established, the ECU sets the target charge state to be a fixed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】冷房装置の作動のみを目的としてエンジンが運転される時間を短くでき、燃費を向上させることができるハイブリッド車両の充電制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両は、エンジンの動力によって発電する発電用モータと、発電用モータで発電された電力またはバッテリに蓄電された電力によって駆動輪を駆動する駆動用モータと、バッテリに蓄電された電力を用いて車室を冷房する冷房装置と、を備える。ECUは、外気温が高いほど目標充電状態を高く設定する。ECUは、車両走行中であって冷房装置が作動中であることを含む所定条件が成立している場合は、外気温が高いほど目標充電状態を高く設定し、所定条件が成立していない場合は、目標充電状態を一定値に設定する。【選択図】図2
