To provide a duct structure which can sufficiently reduce, inside a duct member, noise generated by a fan.SOLUTION: An air intake duct 13 is connected to a fan 12 for blowing cooling air to a battery module 11 mounted on a vehicle V. The air intake duct 13 includes a downstream duct member 40 which is connected to the fan 12. The downstream duct member 40 has: an opening 40a which communicates with the fan 12; a curved passage 410 which has the opening 40a, and which extends in a curved manner on a plane perpendicular to a rotation axis direction of the fan 12; a rectification part 420 which extends in a curved manner along the curved passage 410; and a guide part 430 which is provided at the opening 40a, and which guides, to the opening 40a, the cooling air flowing through the curved passage 410. When viewing a direction perpendicular to a virtual line L2 from the opening 40a, an inlet part 41a of the curved passage 410 is located at a position which cannot be seen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
