To provide a loading platform lifting device in which a space that can be effectively utilized can be easily secured on a lower side of a load-carrying platform and on a rear side of a rear wheel.SOLUTION: A loading platform lifting device 10 includes a support member 20, a pair of left and right first arms 40, a pair of left and right second arms 50, an inter-arm connection member 60 which is rotatably connected to the tip side of the first arm and is rotatably connected to the tip side of the second arm at a position lower than the connection position with the first arm, a loading platform 70 which is rotatably connected to the inter-arm connection member, a cylinder 80 which raises/lowers the loading platform, and a power unit 90. The support member 20 is a pair of left and right columns 20 installed in a standing manner on both sides of a rear end of the load-carrying platform 1. A cross member 30 is stretched between the pair of columns. The cylinder has one end that is rotatably connected to the column and the other end that is rotatably connected to the first arm.
